FrightLink

The FrightLink system, explained

Wireless prop control.
One coordinated scene.

Your motion sensor notices the guest. The Hub decides what happens next. Compatible props perform on cue.

2026 orders are closed. Existing orders are not affected. Request the waitlist for future availability.

Three parts of a FrightLink scene

01 / DETECT

Ghost

The wireless motion sensor reports a visitor event to the Hub.

02 / COORDINATE

Hub

The controller runs the scene assigned to that sensor and schedules each output.

03 / TRIGGER

Executioner

A wireless prop trigger carries out the Hub’s cue at a compatible prop away from the Hub.

Configure the system in the FrightMaps app. One Hub supports three configurable local ports: three wired prop outputs, or one local Try Me input plus two wired outputs. A Hub supports up to 16 local sensor and output nodes; larger installations can use multiple Hubs as separate zones.

What is FrightLink?

FrightLink is a wireless Halloween prop-control system. A Ghost motion sensor detects a visitor, the Hub runs the saved scene, and wired outputs or Executioner wireless prop triggers activate compatible animatronics.

Will FrightLink work with my prop?

FrightLink is designed for compatible Try Me, step-pad, and external-trigger inputs. Check the exact prop model and trigger interface: a 3.5 mm connector by itself is not a compatibility guarantee. The prop keeps its own power supply and built-in animation program.

Before connecting a prop

For a model-specific compatibility question, send the prop’s exact brand and model to contact@frightmaps.com. See the troubleshooting guide if a connected prop does not fire.

How do I set up FrightLink?

Charge the battery-powered accessories, update FrightMaps, and power and pair the Hub. Pair each Ghost and Executioner beside the Hub, connect compatible props, configure the scene, and test the full visitor-to-prop sequence.

  1. Start with charging and preparation.
  2. Use the pairing-button and light guide for Ghost and Executioner.
  3. Identify the Hub ports before connecting props.
  4. Follow the eight-step setup checklist and test the whole scene.

Does FrightLink need the internet?

Saved local scenes run without an internet connection or a phone standing by. Use the FrightMaps app for setup and configuration. Remote status, cloud backups, firmware downloads, and off-property test tools need connectivity.

Can I order FrightLink now?

FrightLink orders are closed for the 2026 season. Existing orders are not affected. Contact contact@frightmaps.com for existing-order questions or to request the waitlist.

Are FrightVoice and FrightBox X1 the same product?

No. FrightVoice is an interactive voice and animation platform in development, designed around professional prerecorded character audio. FrightBox X1 is a separate AI voice concept in development. Neither development page is an offer to purchase a shipping product.
